A photo of the appropriate key is necessary to be able to make this key.

Only with a key number can a new key be made. This number can be found on the bicycle key itself. It is not possible to make a new key with the number on the lock. If there are no more suitable keys, the key number is sometimes stated on the purchase invoice of the bicycle or on the insurance policy if the bicycle is insured. It is possible that the bicycle dealer where the bicycle was purchased has stored the key number in its system.

If you cannot find a key number on the key itself, take a photo of the entire key and send it to info@jutkey.nl or via WhatsApp to 06-20649337. In most cases we can find out the key number based on the photo and we advise which key you can order.

Car keys / empty housings

Shipment the same working day or at the latest within 3 working days if the item is not in stock.

Desk keys and all other keys

All keys will be shipped the same business day if possible or the next business day at the latest.

Bicycle keys

PLEASE NOTE: AXA keys are shipped within 5 working days.
AXA Victory and AXA Clinch keys can have a delivery time of approximately 2 weeks. For all other bicycle keys, shipment is the same working day or at the latest within 2 working days.

All keys are sent by regular mail delivery. We are therefore dependent on PostNL when they deliver the order, unfortunately this is not always the next working day.
